Student Registration

We will continue using Arbiter for student registration.

• Registration for middle school sports will open (tentatively) August 1 for early fall sports – Girls Soccer, Baseball, and Boys & Girls Cross Country

Students must be approved and cleared to participate in official practices and tryouts.

In order for your student to participate in tryouts and official practices, your student must have:

• A completed and submitted Arbiter registration form  
• A current physical exam uploaded into Arbiter or on file with the Middle School Athletic Director.

Physical Forms for 2025-26

Beginning in August 2025, the CHSAA membership will only accept the following forms for documentation of physical exams at the high school level. The form is not required for middle school, however we recommend that our middle school families also start to use these forms for the physical exam documentation:

• PPE Form – ALL PAGES 1-4
• PPE Form – ALL PAGES 1-4 – Spanish

My Spark Denver – DPS Foundation

In Summer 2025, DPS Foundation officially acquired the My Spark Denver program. Please encourage your middle school students and their families to participate in My Spark Denver. This program is for students ages 11-14 who qualify for free/reduced lunch and provides them with financial assistance (up to $1,000) to be used to enroll in various after school and extracurricular activities. Please visit their website (linked here) for more information and to apply. Applications should open around August 1.
